Each visit to your home includes:
Outside visual perimeter check for anything that needs to be addressed.
- Lawn care
- Proper pool care (for homes with pools)
- Lanai or pool cage screens (as needed)
- Window screens
- Signs of outdoor insects/pests and rodents
- Mail or packages
- Newspapers or ads thrown on your property
- Turn on water supply to house at owner's request
- Check spigots for leaks
- Check entry to home and door seal
- Turn water supply off when leaving the property
Indoor visual check for anything that needs to be addressed.
- Check A/C thermostat for temperature, humidity, and battery condition
- Identify any unusual odors
- Floors, baseboards, garage, cabinets and countertops checked for insects/pests and rodent evidence
- Flush toilets
- Run water through bathroom sinks, tubs, and shower faucets
- Check pipes under all sinks for leakage
- Run garbage disposal
- Check refrigerator and freezer for proper temperature and odors
- Check walls and ceilings for any stains or leaks
- Turn off water supply to house
- Replace any fire alarms that have a batteries that needs replacing
